Advantages
Save Time
Because bales are ejected from the accumulator in groups that match both loader capabilities and stacking preferences, you can cut loading time up to 50% over traditional methods. This will substantially reduce the amount of time a hay operation spends picking up bales, thus improving efficiency and minimizing capital costs.
Operator Peace of Mind
The PhiBer horizontal accumulator is fully automatic, featuring up to 5 different eject patters, ISOBUS compliant software and integration to the PhiBer Accumulator App. The operator can now concentrate on the baling process rather than worry about the accumulator. If the operator wants to override the automatic unloading, they can eject whatever is on the deck at any time and the accumulator is designed with many fail-safe’s, such as safety lockouts.
Key Features
Uniform packages ready for pickup
Operators can choose from 5 different automatic unload programs to package the bales in a form that matches their handling abilities. Packaging bales the same way they are to be handled drastically cuts down the time it takes to collect them and reduces the wheel traffic compaction on the field.
Hold Mode
In addition to the different automatic dump patterns, the PhiBer Accumulator has a unique “Hold Mode” function that notifies the operator when the desired dump pattern is complete and gives them the ability to continue carrying the bales until the desired dump location is reached or until the next bale enters the machine. This allows for the bales to be dumped strategically and in proximity to one another.
Hydraulics
All PhiBer Accumulators are powered using the tractor hydraulics and unique to PhiBer is the ability to set them up in all three different hydraulic systems, closed center, open center, and closed center load sensing.
COMPATIBILITY & PERFORMANCE
Designed to work with bales varying in length from 4.25′ (130cm) to 9′ (275cm), the Horizontal Accumulator is compatible with both dry hay and baleage applications and can accommodate a wide variety of conditions because the bales are pushed off the deck rather then relying on gravity alone to tip them. PhiBer’s patented system can push a bale off even if it is half out the chamber, giving operators the freedom to unload whenever desired.
Operator Friendly
Fully automatic, the operator can focus on the baling operation. The Horizontal Accumulator’s design requires no daily maintenance and has built in safety features to keep both the operator and machine safe while operating and servicing equipment.
Model Comparison
Unique to PhiBer
choose a dump pattern
Operators can automatically group bales together in a desired dump pattern. There are up to 5 different patterns to choose from, depending on the series.
Hold mode
When activated, Hold Mode notifies the operator when the desired dump patter is achieved and gives them the option to continue to carry the bales until they reach the desired dump location or until the next bale enters the machine.
The phiber app
Taking automation and ease of use one step further, the PhiBer Accumulator App, allows operators to plan dump locations using GPS, automatically eject bales using Wi-Fi signals and acts as a remote control for any hydraulic function.
Push roller
Rather than relying on gravity to tip bales off the deck, PhiBer’s patented system pushes bales off the deck using a push roller, allowing the accumulator to excel in a wide variety of conditions.

Planning Mode
Plan ahead. Using GPS, find your current location or specify the location you want to go and create zones where you want bales to be ejected. Zones can be deleted, easily changed and shared with your team seamlessly.
Bale Eject Mode
Automatically eject. Select on the map where you to dump bales and using Wi-Fi, the app will tell the accumulator when to eject.
*some Wi-Fi signals have trouble connecting because the distance between the tractor cab and accumulator is too great. If this is the case, our PhiBer team will help you adapt using the ISOBUS software.
Remote Control Mode
Quick Access. The app can be used as a remote control for any hydraulic function. For service and maintenance, the accumulator can quickly and safely be adjusted into desired position. Additionally, when ejecting the last bale out of the baler, the bale can also be ejected from the accumulator.
