PhiBer Manufacturing proudly showcased its latest innovation—the Dash Drone Carrier—at Ag in Motion 2025, Western Canada’s largest outdoor farm show. Held from July 15–17 near Langham, Saskatchewan, the event drew thousands of attendees, including international guests and delegations from Ukraine, Uganda, Ethiopia, India, and Australia.
PhiBer’s Drone Carrier earned top honours in the AgTech category of the Ag in Motion Innovations Program, presented in partnership with Conexus Credit Union and Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada. The award was presented by Saskatchewan’s Minister of Agriculture, Daryl Harrison.
🏆 “Winning this award is a reflection of our team’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology in agriculture,” said Steve Froese, Sales Manager at PhiBer.
A Revolution in Drone Support
The Dash Drone Carrier is a self-contained service trailer designed specifically for drone operations. It can land, charge, refill, and launch up to four drones simultaneously—a first in the North American market. Key features include:
-
Fold-out roof with four drone landing pads
-
70 kW generator for fast battery charging
-
Integrated turret-style control station for two operators
-
Precision-sized tanks for drone liquid applications
-
Reel and water hose system for in-field cleaning

PhiBer leveraged its expertise in ground sprayer support trailers to reimagine aerial support solutions for agriculture. While traditional ground sprayers can damage crops and are costly to operate, drones offer a lightweight and efficient alternative. The Dash Carrier addresses operational challenges by streamlining logistics and enabling sustained, multi-drone field operations.
Market Response and Customer Engagement
Throughout the show, PhiBer’s booth saw strong and varied interest from farmers, contractors, and dealers. PhiBer team shared the following field impressions:
“Visitors showed interest but were cautious about buying. Wednesday was by far the busiest. Each day we had current customers bring up specific questions and sharing improvement ideas.”
— Doug Lunn, Sales/OEM Relationship Manager at PhiBer
“Many conversations shifted from full trailer builds to interest in individual components available on PhiBer.SHOP, especially among farmers looking for more economical options.”
— Matthew Klassen, Ecommerce Manager at PhiBer
Looking Ahead
In addition to the four-drone model, PhiBer is actively developing a two-drone Dash Carrier to meet the needs of smaller-scale operators. As regulations evolve and drone usage becomes more mainstream in North American agriculture, modular, scalable solutions like this will play a critical role in transforming aerial application.
🌾 “We’re not just building equipment—we’re building future-ready tools that help farmers work smarter,” Froese added.
