Advantages
Save Time
Picking up pre-packaged bales that match loader capabilities can cut loading time up to 50% over picking up bales one at a time. This will substantially reduce the amount of time a hay operation spends picking bales. Saved time translates into saved money from less labor and depreciated hours on equipment.
Operator Peace of Mind
Like the generations of accumulators before it, the Bale Accumulator is fully automatic. The operator can concentrate on the baling process and not worry about the accumulator. If the operator wants to override the automatic unloading, they can eject whatever is on the deck at anytime. The Bale Accumulator is designed with many fail-safe’s, such as safety lockouts are built into the machine for operator peace of mind.

Key Features
Uniform packages ready for pickup
Operators can chose from four different automatic unload programs to package the bales in a form that matches their handling abilities. Bales that are packaged the same way they are to be handled can greatly reduce the time it takes to collect them after baling. Operators can also manually eject the bales carried on the deck at any time. The automatically ejected bales are tight and ready for handling.
Performance
The PhiBer Bale Accumulator is designed for many different applications. The 06 Series Accumulators have models for both dry hay and balage applications. The Accumulator is designed to work with bales varying in length from 4.25′ (130cm) to 9′ (275cm). The key for the PhiBer Bale Accumulator to perform in such a wide variety of conditions is its ability to push the bales off the deck rather than tip them off. PhiBer has a patented system to push bales off even if a bale is half out of the chamber allowing operators to unload bales whenever desired.
Hydraulics
All PhiBer Accumulators are powered using the tractor hydraulics. Unique to PhiBer is the ability to set them up in all three different hydraulic systems, closed center, open center and closed center load sensing.
Operator Friendly Design
The Accumulator can run automatically so the operator never has to look back and can focus on the baling operation. The Accumulator is also designed so no daily maintenance is required and have built in safety features to keep both the operator and machine safe while operating and servicing equipment.
Models
The PhiBer 08 Series Accumulators fit most big balers on the market. The AC3108 is designed for 3′ (90cm) wide balers and the AC4108 for the 4′ (120cm) wide balers.
ACXX08
The standard accumulator is configured for standard dry hay, straw and corn stock conditions.
ACXX08s
The ACXX08S accumulators have a scale mounted on the left side and will weigh the bales as they come onto a separate deck.
ACXX08b
The ACXX08B accumulator is configured for balage. These accumulators have longer push-off cylinders to accommodate shorter bales with less machine adjustment. There is also an additional roller installed in the deck to remove friction from sticky silage bales. This option has no impact in standard dry hay conditions.

How it Works
Choose a Dump Pattern
A unique feature to the PhiBer Bale Accumulator is its ability to automatically group bales together in the desired dump pattern. The operator can choose a dump pattern that best matches how they are to be picked up later. An in cab monitor allows the operator to see how many bales are on the deck and manually eject the bales at any time.
Automatic Operation
The PhiBer Accumulator detects the incoming bale from the front unlike others. This allows operators to work with a variety of bale lengths with little to no adjustments. As the bale button in the front is depressed, a side shift bar moves the bale to the left or right. When the deck is full to its programmed capacity a push off roller pushes all the bales off the stationary deck.
Push Roller
The PhiBer Accumulator features a unique design because it pushes the bales off the deck using a push roller. This allows bales in varying conditions to be ejected evenly from the accumulator.

PhiBer Accumulator App
The PhiBer Accumulator App helps you to stay connected directly with PhiBer’s knowledgeable team, help is just a phone call away!
Planning Mode
Operators/farm managers can plan ahead where they want the bales ejected in the field. In the planning mode you can use your GPS to find your current location or type in the location you want to go to. Users can then create zones where they want the bales ejected and adjust the size of the zone. Users can also delete zones as well as email maps to colleagues.
Bale Eject Mode
In the bale eject mode operators select the map they want to run and then enable automatic eject. The app will tell the accumulator when to eject using a Wi-Fi signal. Some phone and/or tablet Wi-Fi signals may have trouble connecting with the distance from the tractor cab to the accumulator. In these cases place an optional GPS receiver on the accumulator and then just transfer the map to the accumulator using Wi-Fi and run the map right from the ISOBUS software.
Remote Control Mode
Operators can use the app as a remote control on the accumulator for any hydraulic function. For service and maintenance this lets operators and mechanics get the accumulator quickly and safely into desired position. Another benefit is when ejecting the last bale out of the baler, the operator can also eject the bale from the accumulator.
